I am a Graduate Student in Physics at Harvard University in Professor Manoharan's lab. I am the lead author of our hologram processing and light scattering code, HoloPy. I use Holography to image phosopholipid membranes, artificial cells, and biological systems. I wrote a tool to help teachers/professors assign students for group work, GroupEng. I am a fan of automating everything I can, so I also write lots of little python scripts to do all stages of my data processing.
