Michael Droettboom

Michael Droettboom is in the Science Software Branch at the Space Telescope Science Institute where he develops software for the users of the Hubble and James Webb space telescopes. He is the lead developer of matplotlib after the passing of its original author, John Hunter. His background is in image and audio processing and machine learning.
