Martin Beroiz is a graduate PhD student at UT San Antonio in collaboration with UT Brownsville, currently involved in the TOROS project. He was graduated MS Physics from UT Brownsville in 2010. His research interests include data analysis applied to astronomical data, automatization of systems, algorithm optimization, data structures and lately robotic vision and machine learning algorithms. He has been coding in different projects over the past 5 years that involved use of C, Fortran, R, C++ and Python. His research included using numerical algorithms such as Monte Carlo integration, Spectral Methods for PDE solving and Bayesian Analysis among others. In his free time, he develops Apple OS X apps.
